Filing and progress chasing orders, keeping the database up to date and working as part of the team to keep customers happy. Dealing with customer queries and complaints and updating computer records.


Running a busy high profile city bar. Managing human and other resources. Motivating and controlling staff. Controlling and ordering stock according to licensing laws and company policies. Liaising with brewery, entertainment, police, Local Authority and other organisations to meet contractual and licensing obligations while making a profit. Handling accounts and cash. Liasing with the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise officers.

Ambulance Care Assistant

Transporting and escorting both adults and children with disabilities: including learning difficulties, dementia various physical disabilities and challenging behaviour. Using radio telecommunications and liaising with professional health care staff in Clinics, Day Centres Schools and Residential Establishments. Moving and handling disabled clients and assisting with personal care on arrival at destinations. Maintaining clients Health and Safety whilst on the move.

Cleaner Supervisor

Supervising a team of contract cleaners for a high profile client. Handling overtime and staff records and work rotas. Interviewing staff, ordering stores and liaising with client housekeeping services, to ensure customers are happy with their service.

Restaurant Shift Team Leader

Training organising and managing a team of waiters and other catering staff in a busy restaurant. Organising and managing a function suite to ensure that all the needs of corporate clients were met. Responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the operation complied with Health and Safety, the Food Standards Agency and Environmental Health. Left due to closure of establishment.
